RAC Finance specialises in delivery of a range of quality finance products for members ranging from property development finance, investment notes and a personal loan product.
We're seeking a person who thrives on working in fast paced, busy team environment. For this key role, the successful candidate will be required to manage the administrative functions for RAC Finance and provide administrative and governance support to the General Manager and the Senior Management team.
Preparation and issue of prospectuses, coordinating and managing the due diligence process for RAC Finance
Prepare regular investment reporting to meet ASIC and Trustee requirements for both RAC Finance and Motoring Club Finance
Provide exceptional administrative and governance support to the General Manager
Provide administration and governance support to RACF committee meetings by preparing meeting information, taking minutes and managing actions
Coordinate the business and strategic planning annual process and assist in the preparation of the plans
Handle general employee admin including payroll, remuneration, bonuses, performance planning, leave management and position descriptions
Liaise with Talent Acquisition to support the recruitment process
Member of the AML/CTF team
Manage the onboarding process for new RAC Finance staff, including employee due diligence checks required under AML/CTF
Manage the monthly Board reporting process to meet deadlines
Manage daily operational IT and telephony requirements and issues
Health & Safety Coordinator - ensure that RACF's safety objectives are achieved
Manage the workflow and daily tasks of the administration area to achieve a high level of service
What are we looking for?
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills and being adaptable to meet changing working priorities
Proactive approach and 'can do' attitude, with strong continuous improvement focus
Excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Word (advanced), Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint (advanced)
Demonstrated initiative and strong decision making skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to adapt to and promote change management
Ability to provide direction and advise staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner
Strong customer service focus
High level of attention to detail
The ability to work with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner
Minute taking skills
