We have an opportunity for a talented Business Analyst Team Lead to help shape large and complex projects in this pivotal and collaborative role linking the RAC Insurance business with Business Systems teams. Leading the BA capability for our technology group, you will work directly with stakeholders from across the Insurance business to ensure the right business valued outcomes are delivered based on identified business requirements.
What's the role?
Supporting and leading the business engagement of the technology group with Insurance
Understanding business needs and progressing initiatives through business case development to scoping tactical pieces of work
Managing Business Systems Business Analysis practice to ensure the delivery of quality analysis within time/cost constraints and against defined business requirements
Coaching and mentoring on the job training to Business Analysts
Influencing the planning, estimating and coordination of business analysis activities
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in a similar role leading a BA practice in a team-oriented and collaborative project delivery environment
Leadership and teamwork skills to build a positive workplace environment
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships at all levels is critical
Effective in guiding and facilitating meetings and workshops with end users and IT specialists
Outcome driven, highly customer focused and service oriented approach
Experience working within Agile methodologies/lean environment
Exposure to tools such as JIRA is helpful
Strong experience in the design, development and implementation of software solutions in insurance is advantageous
