What's the role?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Technical Learning Advisor (Automotive) to join Western Australia's most recognised brand. Working within our Motoring Division, the successful applicant will join a supportive, outcome orientated team responsible for continually increasing the capability of our dedicated workforce.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, develop and deliver learning programs
Support the RAC Apprentice program
Assist in conducting learning needs analysis
Monitor and evaluate learning programs to ensure they are effective, efficient and achieve the identified objectives
Maintain attendance records
Recognise and develop continuous improvement opportunities
Abide by OH&S policy and procedures
What are we looking for?
Relevant and up-to-date Auto Service industry experience along with sound knowledge of adult learning methodologies and practices are key for this role. You will ideally have experience in developing and delivering technical learning programs to a diverse audience.
Superior communication and relationship building and engagement at all levels is vital for this role, along with the ability to collaborate within the team and also able and comfortable to work autonomously. An understanding of the 70:20:10 framework is also desirable. A commitment to health and safety and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential attributes.
