What's the role?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Advisor suitably experienced and primarily focused on end to end e-learning product development. Working within our Motoring Division, the successful applicant will join a supportive, outcome orientated team responsible for continually increasing the capability of our dedicated workforce.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consultation with the business to determine learning needs
Development of storyboards and concept design
Development of e-learning product using Storyline 2
Conceptualisation of learning underpinned by modern adult learning principles
Administrative tasks related to our cloud based learning management system
Flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate, with a minimum of 16 hours per week. Role to commence late November 2017.
What are we looking for?
Relevant and up-to-date adult learning methodologies and practices, particularly in online learning content design are key for this role. You will ideally have experience in developing and delivering learning programs to a diverse audience.
Superior communication and relationship building and engagement at all levels is vital along with the ability to collaborate within the team and also able and comfortable to work autonomously. An understanding of the 70:20:10 framework is also desirable. A commitment to health and safety and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential attributes.
