An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join RAC Insurance as an Organisational Capability Advisor, based at our office in West Perth.
Please note, this a 12 month maximum term contract.
What is the role?
Our Organisational Capability work has focused on how the elements of organisational capability (people, structures, processes and technology) can optimally blend to lift performance and support the delivery of strategy within our Insurance business.
Reporting to the Talent & Capability Lead, the Organisational Capability Advisor is responsible for the design, development and delivery of best practice initiatives that will build the organisational capability and ultimately enable delivery of business strategy.
Your main activities will include, but are not limited to
Design and facilitate the implementation of initiatives to build the organisational capabilities required to deliver on strategy
Ongoing engagement with leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure understanding of the capability building process, generate buy in and ensure design of effective initiatives
Ensure best practice capability processes through regularly researching and keeping across organisational capability trends
Coordinate an uplift in change capability across the Insurance business through the Change Specialist Group and Change Champions
Contribution to the development of the Insurance People Strategy
What are we looking for?
Significant experience working in HR Generalist, Organisational Capability, Organisational Development, operational and/or large scale business improvement roles
Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and implementing organisational capability initiatives and best practices in a commercial environment
Proven ability to link people initiatives to business performance and strategy
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development/Psychology or an equivalent discipline
Exposure to best practice knowledge of change management and a strong understanding of a change management framework is desirable
Your capacity to build strong relationships at all levels, your commercial experience and practical, pragmatic approach will stand you in good stead for this opportunity.
